Role compensation is a base salary plus a competitive commission package.

As a third-party logistics provider (3PL), Cowan Logistics provides its customers transportation solutions. The Carrier Sales Manager is responsible for securing capacity and overseeing the movement of freight, from start to finish.
The most successful Carrier Sales Managers work quickly and efficiently, while also being flexible and agile enough to properly handle issues when they arise.
